H2C technician (David) did a thorough maintenance inspection of our system, replaced the attic return air filter and flushed the condensate line. Discovered that the capacitor was borderline and recommended replacement, which we did. Happy with the service.

David Martinez was very professional and a good communicator. He kept us informed of his arrival time and addressed our questions. He did an outstanding job with the annual routine hvac maintenance.
